Returns & Refunds

It is our policy to only accept returns and make exchanges within 30 days of the date that an order was delivered (some exceptions do apply, please consult manufacturers and view below table for per product return policies).

For a successful return, the order must be in original factory condition and include original packaging, warranty information, manuals, accessories and anything else it came with. If the item is damaged in any way, the product will not be available for a full refund. Depending on the product, there may be a restocking fee associated with a product. Customers are responsible for these restocking fees as well as return shipping.

*Please note that for made to order items, we can not accept returns or cancellations.*

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos sales@13leafz.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders that are cancelled after 48 hours from the time you placed your order will be charged with a $20 administration fee regardless if they have shipped or not. If the order has shipped, the cancellation will be considered a return at which point the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and restocking fees. It is our strict policy to only issue refunds to the credit card that was used when originally placing the order.


Shipping & Fees

We process all website orders Monday - Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. Orders placed over the weekend or after hours will be processed the following business day unless

otherwise stated.

Free shipping is valid only on qualified items and in the lower 48 states and on orders over $100. Some items are not eligible for free shipping. Items eligible for free shipping will be marked on their product information page. You will see shipping costs for items below $100 while checking out.

13Leafz reserves the right to change shipping prices and is subject to change without prior notice.

Note that we can not deliver to PO Box addresses.

International Shipping

Please note that when ordering internationally (i.e. outside of the United States) you may be charged duties & taxes depending on the product you ordered. It is the customer's responsibility to check the respective duty and tax laws before ordering. It may be necessary to contract a Customs Broker to facilitate bringing product into the country which is the customers responsibility. Please contact us at info@13leafz.com for shipping rates and further information. 

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment and Tracking

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you’ve provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@13leafz.com.
